Innovation
Toolkit

The following table presents a list of 50+ tools that I and the participants have found useful in my innovation workshops. Many of the tools try to engage both the intuitive and rule-governed modes of thinking (Elephant and rider or fast & slow). The choice of tools is based on my comfort, simplicity, usefulness, and feedback from the participants.
